Check In time is anytime after 4pm
Check Out time is by 10am
Required Deposit
We require a deposit to be charged at the time of reservation. The deposit due is equal to 25% of your stay total (Deposit includes room rate plus tax). All outstanding balances are due 7 days before check in.
Pet Policy
We are a fully pet friendly property, and we can’t wait to meet your furry friends. A one time pet fee of $40 is due before your check in date in total. Maximum 2 pets per guest room. There is no per pet fee at our property.
Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is given more than 7 days before the first day of your reservation, the deposit will be refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date require full payment. For no-shows, the entire reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. There are no refunds for early departure, weather, voluntary or otherwise.
Refund Policy & Procedures
All rental agreements are subject to our refund policies. Please read over our policies before completing your reservation with us. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in (your arrival date). Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will not be eligible for a refund. To submit a refund request, please call/text/or message us through your booking platform. Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days.
